Admission Policies
Application for Admission Procedure
STEP 1 Download
and fill out Interest Survey
and Application
Form and submit to the admissions office.
STEP 2 Pay
non-refundable application fee of P500 at the cashier’s office.
STEP 3 Take diagnostic tests
after paying the application fee (Monday to Friday, 1 PM)
STEP 4 Download or get your admission packet and scholarship
application form to be submitted on or before the panel interview.

Reference Form (print back to back - 1 copy for pastor or discipler and 1 copy for former teacher)

Doctrinal
Statement of Faith (print back to back and sign)

Lifestyle
Covenant for Students (print 2 copies back to back; must be read and
signed by both student and parent)
STEP 5 Come for interview
and submit admission requirements on the scheduled date. Wait in the lounge
for result.
STEP 6 Upon receipt of admission
notice/letter of acceptance, you may reserve a slot by paying refundable
reservation fee of P1,250 (applicable to tuition
fee) at the cashier’s office.
STEP
7 Process your
scholarship application (if there’s any) and enroll.
