Congratulations
to the first batch of graduates of Messiah College!!!
Class 2010 posts for a
shot with the Messiah College faculty and board of trustees during the
Graduation Ceremony on April 26, 2010 held at the Greenhills Christian
Fellowship Auditorium, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
April 26, 2010---Messiah College President Roberto Del Rosario conferred the degrees
of the first batch of graduates during the Graduation Ceremony held at the
Greenhills Christian Fellowship Auditorium. All of them graduated with a
bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Studies major in Muticultural
Training and Development and minor in Biblical Studies and Christian
Leadership.
Mr. Bach Johann
Sebastian,
Senior Vice President and chief strategy officer of JG Summit, co-founder
of Messiah College and Chairman of the Board of Advisers, spoke on the
topic “Challenging the Ordinary”.
Micah
Del Rosario and Kristine Grace Benny Cuyco both graduated magna cum laude. Del Rosario also
garnered the highest award, the President’s Award, which is given to
the student who stands out as a model student and has been a consistent honor
student in all eight semesters, has been actively involved in his church,
and has a commendable character.
Kenneth
Rei Guillermo received the Emerging Leader Award, which is given to the
student who demonstrates excellent ministry skills, character and spiritual
leadership. Guillermo is the founder of Bayoran Youth Fellowship and Sound
Check Ministry. He was also the
recipient of the Church Ministry Award and the Great Commission Award.
Andrea
Adelle Gabot was awarded the Leader Developer Award while Kristine Grace
Benny Cuyco was the recipient of the Mentoring/Discipleship Award.
Kenneth Guillermo, with
his proud parents Ptr. Clem and Mrs. Marlene Guillermo, receives the Emerging
Leader Award medal.
