Registration Procedure
Here's how to get started as a potential student at the School of
Professional Studies:
Application*
- Download the application
form (PDF).
- Personally submit, or fax,
your completed application form to Professional Studies Office, with
any other program requirements.
- Pay the nonrefundable
application fee of P150, and other program fees, if any, to the
cashier, or:
- Deposit your payment to
BPI Savings Account # 4023-0346-33 under Messiah College Foundation.
- If paying through BPI, fax
a copy of the machine-validated bank deposit slip or ATM transaction
slip.
- The Professional Studies
Office will acknowledge the receipt of your application form and
payment by phone or e-mail, and confirm your approval to proceed to enrollment.
